Cover price shows higher than listed price

I am able to change nightly pricing depending on the days, from $175-$225 and I don't have any higher however my cover price shows $271

I have the smart pricing off and the base price at $175, how can I change the cover price?

@Tracey372 I am not quite sure what a cover price is but does it perhaps include the cleaning fee and any taxes amortised over the length of stay?

Another guess may be that one is in USD and the other in Canadian?

@Tracey372 A third option is that this is your price with the Airbnb service fees payable by the guest added. These are about 12-14% plus tax

To see this go into your calendar and highlight a few days. On the right hand side you will see something that says 'price calculator'. Click this and you will see what the host gets and what the guest pays.
