We love stickers, and we think they're a fun way to attract repeat customers and build loyalty to our place. It's a new year, so it's the perfect time for us to release some new fun designs that fit our space.
What are some of your creative ideas to market you place?
Iam more of a garden person so to attract more guests I keep adding new additions of attractive plants...we have a automatic drip method of watering plants, so though we don't stay there...The plants stay in good condition.
We attract guest by providing add-on like paramotoring, riverside camping, massage etc.
Ours is an offbeat riverside homestay
Bom dia!
Por aqui o que se destaca é vista do mar, fica pertinho da praia, então é um ponto de destaque.

Good morning!
Here what stands out is the view of the sea, it is close to the beach, so it is a highlight.
Because temporary work is the main thing that draws folk to my area, I focus on cleanliness, inside and out. Outside, for the warm weather season, there are flowers, a wide open space to play games, grill on the grill that is provided. The backyard is surrounded by trees and the outdoor grill and furniture is situated concrete pads. In the words of one guest, the pictures do not do the backyard justice. Another factor as equally important is keeping my pricing just below that of my competition.
I love this! What a good idea. Our unit sits above our restaurant, so we offer a free meal.
We are also gardeners and love to show off our flowers of the season, we offer kayak and bike rentals to enjoy our island. Fresh baked croissants in the morning is a hit with guests as well as a bottle of wine upon arrival.
Hi Juan, its absolutely understandable for wanting to attract customers or guests to your listing, but I find keeping it simple as far as arts, creativeness. the most important thing is to keep your guest, inquiries answered promptly, be kind to arrise difficulties, for the guest is allowing you to host them, be truthful to amenities and issues surrounding your property.
Of course you have to do the basics well, that's a no brainer. But there is a reason why our listing has higher rates than comparable units. You can achieve occupancy with low prices, but that's not our method.
We partner with local restaurants and entertainment to offer exclusives and promotions. We keep the info in our rooms.
Hi Juan,
One of the best ways to market your Airbnb is to put yourself in the shoes of your ideal guest. Think about the features and amenities that would make their stay truly special, and focus on providing those. Comfort, convenience, and a unique experience go a long way!
Beyond that, guest communication is key—be friendly, open, and encourage feedback. Listen to what your guests love and what they suggest improving. By consistently refining your space based on their insights, you'll naturally create a high-quality experience that speaks for itself.
Remember, quality always finds its audience. Exceptional stays lead to great reviews, and great reviews are the most powerful marketing tool you can have!
Wishing you all the best on your hosting journey!
This is standard hospitality. The question is how these goals have been achieved in ccreative ways.
What a great idea! It gives guests a cool souvenir from their time and makes them an advertiser/brand ambassador for your property. I personally love collecting stickers or magnets or coffee cups from the places I visit, and it's even nicer if I don't have to buy it 🙂
One thing we do that has seemed to resonate with guests is seasonal/holiday decorations. They appreciate the coziness and festive feeling it brings to the space, and we have had guests return several years in a row (plus write nice reviews and make recommendations) as a result.
Another thing we sometimes do is to leave a gift basket created by a local small business owner and filled with local items. Guests feel valued plus have a talking point and perhaps goodies to share with friends and family. It also serves to introduce them to the local area and encourages local artisans/vendors/business owners to think of our property when making recommendations.
