Critique my listing - Maria - Pensacola, Florida

Hi All-

I recently launched our STR about 2 weeks ago.  So far we have 9 reservations.  I'd love feedback on photos/listing verbiage, etc, that may help give me a boost.  Right now, I have my calendar open through the second week in July.

Thanks so much!     (I get an invalid HTML link when I attempt to add the link to my property.)

@Maria15618

The URL to your listing:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/54056472

(The message "Invalid html" - in a red box - also says the error is corrected, so then just click post buttion again)

thank you!

I just love what you did with the inside. I would show your living room as the first picture and the outside as the last picture. I’m sure the lights are super adorable at night! I wonder if stringing them in a straight line may make the front entrance ever more amazing? I think you’re an absolutely fabulous designer and I bet you’ll have bookings in no time. To kick start it, you can lower the price (not too much!) but have longer stays required. This will get the bargain shoppers started and they’ll be hooked once they see your amenities! Good luck!

@Maria15618 You might want to indicate up front that it's a brand new listing. When I started last Oct, it was slow at first. and I had a couple of questions about why I had no reviews.  Have you checked other listings in your area to see if they are booked up, if your fee is equivalent to others, etc.?  I'm near Yosemite National Park in CA and I've also noticed that people are typically booking about 1-2 months ahead, not much further out than that. Might be different in your area, though.

And I agree about putting the living room photo first. It's very eye-catching and appealing.
