How to I reach customer service? I have been trying since December '22 to resolve a damage issue. I am unable to contact anyone who can help. The last five times I have called, I have been disconnected after waiting on hold for a number of minutes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My manager filed the claim right after the damage occurred and tried several times to contact someone. She then added me as co-host (I am the owner of the property) so that I could follow-up. It's been almost 9 months since the damage occurred. I have spoken with at least 7+ different people who have assured me that the case 'has been escalated' to the resolution center. Apparently there is not way to contact the resolution center directly (according to the 7+ different people). I'm getting a bit frustrated!
