Anyone have experience with proper.insure?

Looking to get some insurace for our rental and the first site that popped up was proper. Their site was pretty convincing but I was hoping to get some real world experience. How were they on price? Most importantly, who has had to file a claim with them? Did they make it a nightmare to actually get your issues covered?
