Delaware meetup

Hello,

My name is Doyin. I am new to hosting and would like to meet up with experienced hosts local to Delaware - Newark/Wilmington/New Castle to be specific. 

Anyone out there?

Also, does anyone have answers to whether or not we are to collect and remit lodging taxes? I’ve received conflicting information and there is no mention of it on Delaware Department of Revenue website. My email to them has also not been answered.
