Delay payment

How can i get hold of a reliable co host in this area? 

I have been battling to get paid ever since even though the payment suppose to be into my account monday but nothing into my account as yet,payment is completed on the AirBnb.Im using FNB acc.

Anyone here that have experience this and willing to help.

Could you also help us know if you are the Host or Co-host of the listing?

As you mentioned that payment is complete on Airbnb, do you mean that transaction has already happened and it shows complete?

Hi @Bhumika , thanks for reaching out.

The transaction already done-complete on Monday 13 already but no money in my account .

As I mentioned is my new listing on this platform.

Now not sure if Host or Co Host will make difference on payments.

Please elaborate. Thanks

Hi @Bhumika ,

Thank you for your support. Very frustrating not knowing what happened with your pay out even though two days later after the payment was completed.I’m on limbo and no follow up email to ensure me as Host if I did receive the funds or not, but Airbnb already got their commission.

Shouldn't be two way street.

I guess you’re alone here as a host.

 I’m so tired, I really am.
