Difference service fee between me and my wife.

Hi.

I have an account and my wife has as well.

I don’t know exactly when but always a service fee in my account is higher then my wife’s one.

For example,

I found something good place and I want to book there.

I check the total price then, compare the price on my wife’s account.

The price is higher then my wife’s one.

The service fee is higher then my wife’s one.

Why?

Someone tell me the reason please.
