Property and liability insurance in Canada

I just started with air bnb renting out my basement apartment. I, like so many it appears, am having issues with my insurance coverage. Can anyone recommend an insurance company in Canada that is str friendly for host occupied stir’s? Thank you

I'm in Newfoundland and I rent out a suite in my house as an AirBnB. My home insurance is with TD Insurance and they allow it, although you do need to let them know about the AirBnB and your premiums are higher if you rent the apt out for more than a total of 120 days a year.
