Discount during high season

Hi - how much discount is offered for a month stay during high season?  I am asked to give 35% off .  Is this a fair request? Thanks

Why do you want to offer any discount?  You have super high ratings!  Great space!  Now is the time time for you to understand your market.  Some listings, such as mine are totally related to the activity season of my area.  I do not usually get students, business people or anyone in the summer as I am near Palm Springs.  Who are you marketing to?  Instead of a discount, just change your calendar to reflect higher rate in the high season and lower rates in your low season.  Unless you are marketing to business people and perhaps students, most listings have seasons due to weather and events.

I don't think any type of discount in the high season is a good business decision. Don't sell yourself short, you only get one high season a year!
