Does anyone have any updates on permitting and licensing for the city of Atlanta?

Hey Hosts,

I remember the city of Atlanta was trying to ban Airbnb back in 2021. Has anybody heard any updates? I'm in the city of Atlanta and it's been crickets from Airbnb. No updates, emails or notices. 😂 😑 

Do you have to own your home in order to keep hosting? I'm a long-term renter who rents out a spare bedroom.

Since this is a global space, it might be worth seeing if there are any local Host Clubs in your area here.  I found one in Atlanta, and you might get more responses on that question there!
