How to add extra charge for renting my stand up paddleboards and bikes

I added in my description that we have a shed filled with bikes, paddleboards, beach equipment etc.  

i realize some don’t want it, so rather than charging more to everyone and raising my nightly rate.  I thought about charging $150 per week and refund $50 if everything returned in working order.  

BUT not sure how to setup my listing with this extra fee and security deposit refund?

Anyone else doing this?

Once again, it would be so cool if Airbnb would allow hosts to add custom line item fees!  How easy that would make things for everyone!

@Amanda1933 I suggest having a combination lock on the shed and giving them the combination after they submit a payment for rental (venmo, PayPal, etc.). It is a little more complicated with deposits and refunds afterward, only because people like to check out and be done. I also learned from AirBnB that requiring a deposit is not automatic upon booking, even if you have it in the listing. You have to request it from each guest.  It might be easier to ask for a deposit plus rental fee, and then return the deposit through Vento or whatever you use.
