Does anyone have experience with Jefferson County Short Term Rental Process?

I know there are new restrictions which require you to go in front of a board. If I am able to meet the following requirements is it likely that my short term rental license would be approved? 

• The property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size 
• The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met 
• Adequate parking is provided 
• Defensible Space requirements are met 
• Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated 
• No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling

Did you manage to get the information that you need elsewhere?

If not, let us know, as we can signpost to a place where you can search for local groups in your area.  I think you might get more response there, as there's not always someone from a specific area on the Community Center as it's international.
