Host Referral Program

I have been denied Host Referral Bonus 2 times in the last few months on ridiculous policy. The latest event is penalizing long term rentals because the check out date was beyond the 180 day time frame. Me and my referral got ABB 2.5 months of income because Weber county does not allow short term but since the check out day is past the 180 days they will not give me my BONUS! Get with the times ABB and support your hosts! We are the only reason you're in business!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't get your referral bonus. I wondered if you had reached out to customer support about this?

Yes I did reach out to ABB and they cut me short and won't respond to me anymore. There are enough disgruntled ABB hosts that we should join together and make something happen. I feel UNHEARD and DISCARDED.

Yippee! ABB escalated my issue and Shalini called me. She went above and beyond to examine my issue and make sure I got the referral bonus and that my issue is looked at to update referral policy. Thank You.
