End of year bonus to property manager?

For those of you with managed Airbnb properties, or who have a co-host  -

is it proper to gift them an end of year bonus?

@Jean118  That is really a personal choice based on your relationship with your co-host or property manager.  Some people feel that monthly compensation is adequate, others feel that performance should also be rewarded.

I think that property managers in almost all cases are already overpaid.  Unless they are as good as you (and nobody will be) then I would pass on a bonus.
