Filling out the W-9

Who in the world knows how to fill out the W-9 in which ABB will accept??  I have tried a ton of different scenarios and it will NOT let me submit any of them.  VRBO was easier.  I have called CS and they were no help at all.  The send me an article about filling it out that I've already read 4 times.  Then they said they cannot give tax advice which I was not asking for, yet they'll block my property for not filling this form out (which I'm trying to do).   Anyone else had this problem and figure out how to solve it?  TYSM

@Eve6140 try a different date format. It has worked for some people but I can't remember the format that is needed

I had the same issue until I realized the date format should be - instead of / so I changed it to 07-10-2022 then the submit button magically become clickable.
