Has anyone experience with this company?
They also advertise as perfectstayz.com

It's a fixed price, no commission model. Only sales leads.

Not sure why they're contacting you @Bob297  aa according to their website they only operate in the UK and US.

never heard of them before you mentioned them

as someone who does marketing and comms as my day job I would say only invest time and resources in marketing channels you know are read/watched/listened to/seen by guest's you've identified as your target clients.

@Helen3 Thank you, Helen. They advertise Caribbean properties, but only in low numbers. That's why I was hesitant and was looking for input.
I also wrote some owners of properties in Curacao, but so far, not much positive feedback.
