Looking for recommendations for tax prep individuals/companies in Colorado experienced with short-term rentals rental property 1065s and K-1s.
Purpose built STR property. House was an empty shell when we purchased it. Fully furnished it like we would wish an STR to be. Managed by an LLC (which we also own). So... tons of starup costs this year and lots of raw accounting data.
The property is a single family, 2500 sq ft four-bedroom home.
