We’ve signed up with the Canada Revenue agency for a GST number and provided that to airbnb in June when we first started. We were told by two AirBnB support technicians that they charge GST and remit it in our behalf. However it is our own responsibility to remit GST.
Do we need to ask for a Host Remitted Tax payout from AirBnb, and if so ask for retroactive payment since June?
