Hi 

I have recently started using Airbnb as a host. It has been quite successful and I 'm considering quitting my full time job to become a fulltime host.  I only have two rooms, but in a completely unik location and my guests are paying a premium for this and I'm still getting 5* ratings for value for money.

I was wondering if anyone has any statistics on their occupancy rate grow in the first 6 month as a host?

It depends on your location. In this Covid world it's difficult to predict based on past footfall . @Christian2500 

it's certainly a risky approach to give up full time work to STR two rooms. Do you have finances in place to cover all your living expenses and all the costs of maintaining your home if you don't get the bookings you expect ?

have you factored in taxes you will need to pay on your STR income ?
