Guest asking for tenancy agreement

My guest checked in 3 days ago and is now asking a tenancy agreement that would be required to get stipend from his employer. Obviously not able to sign a 26 pages agreement that does not reflect terms agreed. Is there a pro-forma booking confirmation available with Airbnb? I cannot find anything on the website.

Your guest can change the reservation in a "business trip" by following instructions mentioned here:
