Guest pay & gone, no money transfer from Airbnb.

Hello, does anyone know how to enforce payment from Airbnb. Guest paid, came and gone 3 weeks ago and we still didn't get money for this reservation. Airbnb app shows that this payment is for 3 weeks upcomming!!  Support center worker said: In our system you got this money. NO WE DIDN'T and app shows us we didn't. This person - airbnb worker said also: I start my weekend soon. .... We wrote to that guest to ask him for help in enforcing our money from Airbnb but he stayed passive. I understand him. We more we can do? We are angry about money but also very disappointed about help desk workers.

Have a look through ABB Terms of Service and ensure you message ABB with the relevant Policy Links which ABB also agreed to when we signed up.

 

There's also your lawful right to contact the Office of the Financial Ombudsman, and other authorities to ensure these matters are followed up appropriately and not just swept under the carpet.
