Guests not being able to pay for their booking

Today yet another test could not pay for their booking via Arbnb - how can I speak to Airbnb about this?

The guest must contact Airbnb themselves, as payment at the time of booking is not a matter between the host and the guest. But the payment method that the guest uses can also fail on their side, which Airbnb can do little about.
