HOSTING: Increased price for a third guest.

We have a whole apartment letting.

It is 2 bedroom, main bedroom is a double bed and smaller one a single bed. I have previously only added £10 per night for a 3rd guest but have just increased it to £30 per night. For example if I had 2 guest the nightly fee was £60 (whether or not they use both bedrooms) and now a third guest would pay 50% of that being £30.

Am I charging too much for a third guest at 50% extra?

(Cleaning price is added separately as a set fee).

I also have 2 bedrooms but my primary bedroom with the queen bed is the basis of the nightly rate.  I charge $30, about 30%, more for each guest over 2.  The extra guest fee covers the use of the secondary bedroom that has 2 twin beds.  However, if 2 guests opt to use the primary and secondary room, I charge $30 for that room use.  The room charge is a manual request for money where as the extra guest fee is calculated through Air BNB.  Just an alternative way of pricing.
