HST on short term rental properties.

Hi there. Does anyone know which party is imposing the HST charge on sales of airbnb's? Better yet, does anyone know which party plans on removing it. I'm interested in selling but not if I have to pay 13% tax on the sale.

You can't sell an 'airbnb' listings aren't transferable @Jeff2177 

ask your local estate agents about property tax they should be able to advise .
