Not sure if this will help, but I'm getting absolutely no where with the "support" calls and messages.
I have not been paid for my last 4 reservations, even though it said payment was released. After several weeks of that and support telling me to wait a few more days, they eventually all said failed.
This is the same bank account I have been using for the last 2 months and received many payments with no issue. The first level of people you talk to cannot do anything at all, and simply escalate a ticket to another group who never resolves anything or gets back to me. They told me to remove my payout method and add a new one (PayPal), which I did - but still no money.
I've called about this at least 10x now and anytime i message support on the website they just close the ticket saying its been escalated already. It has been "escalated" for a week and no change.
Anyone know how to contact someone who can actually get results???
