Since its been nearly a year or more under Airbnb, still even a single guest couldn't be sent by Airbnb. Three times last year I was communicated by guests for enquiry but later on they just kept quiet when the dates approached. All three times I didn't get confirmation despite having given every information they require. Not only that I had built my cottage with so much love. Ambience too good one, countryside with greeneries around, spacious rooms, all comfortable, peace & tranquil. It was developed the way as per Airbnb norms & followed the guidelines. However, now I would be deregister if it goes like this for this year too. Since I couldn't get any guests so far, I am unable to share any experience of hosting guests. Thankyou, that's all......regards!

Sorry to hear that your bookings have been off to a slow start!
You could clarify some details in your listings to get more bookings, as guest may be confused by what you offer. At the moment you have two listings:
The first listing shows as
Room in Kalimpong, India: 6 bedrooms; 9 beds; No bathroom
The second listing shows as
Private room in home in Pedong, India: 14 guests, 7 bedrooms, 9 beds, 6 baths
I think in both cases it's difficult for guests to book as the descriptions don't make sense. The first listing says it is a room, but a room cannot have 6 bedrooms. It also says there's no bathroom. The second listing says it is a private room inside a house, but then it also has 7 bedrooms.
You need to go back to the listing editor to correct exactly what it is that you are renting out. Go to the Listings tab, select one of your listings and go to Property Type. Make sure that you set it up correctly here by selecting the correct answers from the drop-down menus.
Then go back to the listing editor and click the photo tour. In the photo tour, make sure that you have exactly one folder for each room (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) If you set the folders up correctly and you place the correct photos in each folder, then the description of your listing automatically corrects itself.
Here's an example:
If you are renting out a house with 6 bedrooms and you want people to be able to book the whole house, then your Property Type should be House, Home, Entire Place (if this is correct for what you are renting out).
The photo tour should have six folders for bedrooms (with the correct photos of each bedroom in each folder), 6 folders for bathrooms (if there are 6, otherwise how many there are), 1 folder for kitchen, 1 folder for living room, and so on.
Each folder will have a place where you can tick the amenities. You only select what's in that specific room. So if Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, you only select one queen size bed in Bedroom 1. Do the same for each bedroom and bathroom folder so that guests can see exactly what is in each room. Your listing description will then also be correct.
Hope it helps! You can also access Airbnb's Resource Center for help with setting things up.

Hi @Pincho-Tshering0! Hope everything is going well.
Best wishes,

Hi Alex ! Thanks for communicating me . By the way let me tell you that currently I am on vacation for a month. I would definitely try my level best to comply all those things which have been pointed out by Rebecca but it may take sometime. Once I got to get all things rectified , compliance report will be intimated to all concerned . Thankyou once again for being concerned over my issues.๐๐๐
