You have great reviews, so I doubt it's the listings that are a problem. In early May, Airbnb introduced its "summer release", which was a major change to the search functions. Since then, a lot of hosts, including me, have seen greatly reduced views and bookings. If you search on this forum for 'summer release' or 'categories' or 'omg', you will find more information about that.

Have a look at the stats for your views over the past few months (you can find this under Insights, Conversion). If your views have declined significantly, then it is likely it is a result of this general problem. However, if your views are high, but booking/conversion are low, it might be something else.
