Hosting group in Albuquerque NM

Hi, I'm thinking about whether to become and Airbnb host and would like to find a group of experienced hosts that I can ask questions of. The group I found on Facebook only accepts active hosts: I'm not there yet. Suggestions welcome.

And the Airbnb Help website which has FAQs on all aspects of running your STR business on Airbnb.
