I’m a bit confused about what messages my guests get from Airbnb once they book. Do they share parts of the listing details once again, and also check in detail? I usually send these out and don’t want to be redundant.

@Renee216 Once the booking is confirmed, the guest can access the house manual/check-in instruction from the info you populated in the Guest Resources sections in your listing description. I would always, always recommend reiterating this info in the message thread a few days before check-in. There will be plenty of guests who did not do their homework in advance, don't travel with a smartphone/internet, or simply don't know where to look for it. In other words, when hosting on Airbnb we should be as redundant as possible.
