Precise monthly price

How can i set a precise monthly price for my property (and not only % discount on the sum of day prices)?

@Ném2, in my Italian system for italian houses you can't.  Rarely in some countries settings change, I don't think in this case. So most probably you can't. Check better your page, if you don't find the space to enter that price it means you can't. Sorry not to help you more.
