I am curious how you communicate your rental dates to your cleaner, is there an app you use? currently we text her the dates but i wasn't sure what other options were out there.
Thank you!

I use Turno. It integrates with my PMS and all platforms and automatically creates cleaning projects, updates when they extend or cancel, and it has a chat interface for comms.
Best part is it has a marketplace so cleaners can bid and keep pricing competitive. It's best to interview them and set up 3 or 4 as your team because sometimes they can't do it and it's best to have your alternatives right away. Cost is pretty cheap. You can also set up checklists and different types of cleanings (like a deep cleaning or a post-construction cleaning rather than just the typical turnover).
@Carol9807 We send a text with each booking as well as a google calendar. She keeps her own calendar for her jobs.
Hi @Carol9807 😊,
Thank you so much for asking this here!
Why would you like to have other options for communicating with your cleaners? Are you encountering any issues?
What do you think of @Lorna170 's approach?
I'm also tagging a few hosts who have discussed this before to see how they manage it: @Nicole3201, @Evans56, @Susie236, @Akosua9, @Adrian3775, @Jose8803, @Paula2449, @Jamal107 and @Maria18775.
Thank you in advance everyone!

I wanted a way for her to keep track of each clean rather than scrolling hundreds of messages to double check dates. We are new to hosting and our calendar is filling up and we have some shorter time fame turn arounds. So I was just curious how other hosts communicate with their cleaners.
Thank you!

Awesome thanks for the suggestion!
