@Patrick2413 When the guest requested daily cleaning, did you agree to a method of payment? Whenever I have had a request from a guest for an extra service not offered on the listing, I tell the guest that it will be charged on the platform via the Resolution Center and must be paid for prior to arrival. Otherwise, if they agree, I will use via PayPal, Square or a similar payment plan. Or the guest can pay in cash. In any case, the fee for the extra service must be paid for in advance or the service will not be performed.
P.S. A Resolution Center request for payment can only be completed by logging into AirBnB via a browser, it does not work on the phone App.
