How to find Apartments that allow airbnb?

Hi,

 

I am a new host in the Houston area. I'm trying to find a nice apartment that allows airbnb full-time, it seems like most apartments are only allowing part-time hosting. Any suggestions on how to find properties that allow Airbnb full-time?
