You can also set a 2 nights minimum for certain time period, to test.

I never did 1 night reservations, too much work and hassle. It is not profitable.

Also IMHO an Airbnb is not a hotel.

@Deborah1203  I would, but some hosts really like hosting 1 nighters because they fill out the calendar. 

It's too much laundry to have to wash everything for a single night income.  We've even considered upping the minimum to 3 nights, presuming many people could work from home on a Friday or Monday.
