Does anyone in the Neenah Menasha area have an Airbnb that is available for the next 4 - 6 weeks, maybe even a little longer? If so reach out to me Kim with the Riverview Retreat, and I will get you in touch with him. We do not have availability and I am just helping out. We have not hosted him before and he gets mixed reviews. A couple not so good but a whole bunch that are raving fans. It is a nice payout if you have room for him.

Why would you want to help a guest who doesn't have great reviews find accommodation? 

He found you on Airbnb so I am sure he can find other hosts on Airbnb that have availability and are willing to take a chance on them.

As Mike and Helen suggested it will be easier for them to look for another listing directly on the website, so they can review all listing details and find what is most suitable for them. Perhaps you could share this article, which outlines some tips on how to search and find for a place to stay on Airbnb, with them: Searching for places to stay

Thank you @Emilie. Dave was having trouble finding a home on Airbnb that would allow a 6 week stay or had availability for a 6 week stay in Menasha. He found something and thank you for your help.
