I haven't received my refund - who do I contact?

Hi, 

 

I m from India, my booking was canceled by Airbnb on August 10, 2021 and Airbnb sent me an email saying that refund has been issued for your payment for reservation **. But I haven't received any refund until Oct 06, 2017. I tried to searching their contact number for PH at google but I cant find. Can you help me who should I contact to? And any way, How long will it take for a refund to received?

@Trupti6 go to the help section of this community centre, find the post pinned at the top called contact Airbnb and the phone numbers are on its 1st page.
