In former days a listing could be setup as suitable "for work".

But the feature seems to be  removed.

So you can not dedicate your listing as "Airbnb for work' only (getting mostly corporate guests from the "Airbb for work' programm). Yoo only can make it clear in the description your listingt is especially suitable for corporate guests.
