I'm facing a challenge to find a property that allows me to do STR

Hi all, my name is Mahshid and I'm a new Guest Favorite member on Airbnb. I started from my own home and now I wanna move everything to a new place around downtown Dallas area. However most properties do not allow STR for Airbnb. How do you find your Airbnb rental places?

Explore the "Airbnb Friendly Apartments" section on the Airbnb website and pay attention to property management companies listed there. For instance, consider Maple Street Apartments managed by XYZ Properties. While they may only list Maple Street Apartments on Airbnb, they could have ten other properties where they are at least open to the idea. Best of luck!
