I have added new iban for a house owner that I am managing at 27th of June. My payouts stopped then, in the transactions two of them shows as completed(which they are not), the rest shown as upcoming payouts. I have contacted with superhost help team via phone and messages, for first thread she did not even read my problem obviously she kept asking me irrelevant questions over and over, she even told me to talk with payoneer it is not with them, I was sure I should not be the one contacting I wrote this to her, but in any case I wrote, they told me, they have a business with airbnb. ot with me, I should be talking with airbnb..looked like she was trying to just save some time, then when i told her she does not read my problem, she started to answer (this really happened, sounds like a joke but true) then the case closed as if it is solved, which is not. Since the first thread Im bot sure how many threads we had, nothing. Calls are even worse. Now I have a thread supposably with payout team, they wanted id verification, Which we also did. And after this they said it will be released, it has been 5days since this message they dont close the thread, they dont answer back, nothing for days. When I try to open a new thread it is closed because I have a thread with this subject.. Im gone crazy. The weird problem, after verification airbnb profile of mine is updated as the house owner, which I have no clue why. After 2 weeks I changed the iban to the old one, now I can get the payouts but for the ones between that period still no idea. What can I do to get this payout:(
