Insurance cover for Tinyhomes in NSW

Hello fellow Airbnbers 

We have a Tinyhome we Airbnb up the top of our home property and have had immense difficulty finding anyone to insure her. A broker has found what seems to be the only one - CIL, but as they are the only one the premium is a killer. Do any Tinyhome owners out there have any suggestions, we are finding this unsustainable unfortunately.

Any advice or ideas would be warmly welcomed 🙂
