Insurance of apartment in case of fire

Hello, 

I'm Marine, and I'm a superhost in Athens, Greece.

I rent out one room in the apartment where I live - that I rent from our landlord.

Our landlord has been concerned lately about airbnb's apartment insurance policy, in case a fire broke during the stay of a guest.

Would the apartment be covered, in case a fire breaks during the guests' stay when rented via airbnb ?

I have chatted with the airbnb support team but have not been able to get a clear answer.

Hi for exemple in italy, if you own an apartment by law you have to have burst or fire insurance.

Your landlord may find his building insurance invalidated if your running an STR business . He will need to check his insurance policy @Marine652 

this is the insurance that would likely cover fire outbreaks.
