Issuing full refund as a Host

I issued a full refund to a Guest who cancelled on the day due to work messing him about. I have a flexible cancellation policy.

I am now worried airbnb will deduct the 30 pounds from my next Guest payout. How does this work ? I assumed they just wouldn't give me the part payout I was due to receive

I assume you initiated the refund using the specific reservation. It probably have asked you then to choose "make full  refund". Then the upcoming payout for that reservation will be decreased by that amount, making it zero. You can also check it in the Transaction History, probably scheduled payout for this reservation has gone or is zero. And there should not be a minus 30,- scheduled.

Thanks yes I clicked issue full refund as I don't care about not receiving a part payout because the guy had a good reason

I then panicked seeing an email that £30 would be taken off my next payout as I hadn't received his payout yet so worried my I'd have the money taken off my next guest! Seems I was wrong.
