KYC - PAYOUTS STOPPED

Since September 5th I have been struggling with Air bnb to completed my KYC info with all the required papers , proof needed. And since Octover 12 they have stopped our payouts. I call every week, I texted on my open case chat since September 5th. I have provided sensitive documents, no one calls me back its all thru the chat. I feel hopeless and alone. I have been verified in multiple platforms and never dis I have to provide sensitive documents they are asking. Can you please help me. We are still welcoming guests and offer our services with no payouts. Chritmas is in a few weeks O need this to be resolve now. Any help is welcome. Thank you

It's been a little while since you posted and I wanted to say that I'm sorry that you're experiencing these issues. Speaking directly to Airbnb Support is the best way to get this resolved. Have you hear from the support team since you posted?
