Payout not Received

Hi All

Im from South Africa, we have been receiving payments without any issue the whole of last year. All our payments up until 25 December was paid out and we received it in our bank account.

We had 3 bookings for the 27th, 28th and 30th of December. All of them says the amount have been paid out, we have not received the funds yet. We had another booking for the 1st of Jan, we received the Mandate form for this payment, completed and submitted it and payout was received. However the 3 payouts for end of December is still "missing" and no one seems to be able to assist in tracking the payment?

Same problem. We had guests around the 28th of December too and have been waiting over 2 weeks now for our first payment and nothing. The payment is processed. then on hold. Then there is a bug in the system. Then its a problem with our bank. Airbnb had excuse after excuse. 

I have been a host on and off for years and NEVER had this issue. I see dozens of threads of people having issues with airbnb paying them in the last couple of months. WHAT IS GOING ON Airbnb?!!!
