Hello everyone, my friend facing the same problem, i would love to know if there is a solution for this, Airbnb support keep telling him that his bank received the money, but when he contacted his bank they haven't received any money, even that the director of his bank sent a message to Airbnb's support ask them to give her the Swift document that their bank can provide as proof, but unfortunately the support keep sending another proof which is not useful. Besides my friend is a super host, so he is not new in Airbnb. I wish if someone give me a solution of that.
