Hello, Every on. how long the guest can stay, and not follow under the normal tenant and landlord act of Ontario.

Have you familiarised yourself with the Residential Tenancy Act in Ontario, Canada?

It should be readily available to read online.

In many countries it tends to be after 28 days tenancy that it reverts to that of a tenancy act situation, or long stay boarder/ lodger.

Have you considered incorporating a fixed time frame maximum with your listing? You can adjust it from time to time if you like.

Be mindful if you are living on your own that you exercise caution with the use  of Instant Booking for longer term occupation to ensure your own personal safety.

Perhaps include a piece in your listing  that those wanting accommodation for over xyz days, that they are to provide details about the purpose of their stay.
