Listing advice / cleaning companies

Hello, I’m Eve and I starting a new Airbnb in NMB. 

Can you give me advice in what not to post or include in my posting? 

Also any recommendations in cleaning companies in North Myrtle Beach area? I haven’t found anyone I like. 

Thank you. I am excited of starting this Airbnb but I have lots to learn. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you do some market research and read the listings of local super hosts /five star hosts  in your location with similar properties @Evelyn1167 

also put yourself in the guests shoes and think about what sort of information you might want to know when staying at your place @Evelyn1167
