I'm part of a big community of property managers who operate in the whole country. About Tuscany, I'm only in touch with partners from Florence at the moment, but I can look for somebody in the area of Suvereto. In case you're interested, I'd manage the listing online and the partner from Tuscany would manage the apartment on site.
