Hi @Alicia1281
Your boyfriend can access lots of free advice from other Hosts by reading other threads here and simply searching by topic. He can also ask for a free critique of his listing by going to to the "Ask About Your Listing Section":
How to Ask For a Critique of Your Listing

He can also employ an Experienced Co-Host and add them to his listing. The cost varies depending upon what tasks the Co-Hosts perform. Some operate strictly remotely (like myself) and others are in the same location as the listing and do everything (cleaning, greeting guests, maintenance tasks, etc.). Generally, the cost varies from 10%-30% of each booking, or can be a flat rate per booking. Some Co-Hosts operate off platform and charge an hourly rate, or flat fee per month Here is an article on how Co-Hosting works:

Airbnb also has a few states where you can search for Experienced SuperHosts that can act as a Co Host (Florida, California, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona).

You can also find Co-Hosts by checking a local Facebook Host Group, or checking with a local Realtor who might know some Co-Hosts in the area.
